5.1 Deposits

hoq777 accepts deposits via the following approved Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

• Minimum deposit: Rp 50.000 per transaction.
• Deposits are typically credited to the member's account within 60 seconds of confirmed bank or e-wallet transfer receipt.
• hoq777 does not charge deposit fees. Any fees levied by the sending financial institution are the member's responsibility.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the member's own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment channel used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

hoq777 offers promotional bonuses to eligible members from time to ti me. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's page states otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement, disclosed on the individual promotion page, before any portion of the Bonus Balance may be converted to withdrawable funds.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied within the validity period stated on the promotion. Unused Bonus Balance expires automatically at the end of the validity period.
• Bonuses are personal and non-transferable. Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time unless the promotion explicitly permits stacking.

7. Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all wagers placed on the hoq777 platform across sports betting, live casino, slots, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. hoq777 does not accept cancellation requests for wagers already accepted by the system, except where a manifest error in odds or game outcome is identified.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hoq777 platform. Violation of any item in this clause constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Allowing a third party to access or operate your hoq777 account on your behalf.
• Any conduct that hoq777 reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of its platform, its other members, or its commercial operations.

9. Intellectual Property
